Congratulation, you’re only 3 steps away from joining the Youtiful Community.
- First of all, select your shade and the quantity you’d like to purchase.
- Then, click on the big “Add to Cart” button to open your cart.
On your cart, carefully check your items and click on the “Checkout” button - Fill in your information, choose your delivery and place your order.
That’s it! Very easy.
Your order number start with “Y” followed by a unique 5 digits number (for example Y10001).
We will send you a confirmation email after you placed your order, on which you can find your order number.
If you forgot that email, just give us a chat and we’ll find your order number.
Congrats, you’ve got a discount!
You’ll be able to apply your discount on our secure checkout page (after adding an item to your cart and clicking on the “proceed to checkout” button):
- If you’re on computer, you’ll see a field to apply your coupon on the right panel below your order summary
- If you’re on mobile, you’ll have to open your order summary (at the top of the page) to find the coupon field
Please note that some discounts are only available on your first order.
We allow up to 24 hours for customers to edit there order or change an address*.

All requests will need to take place within 24 hours of purchase, after this time-frame the order will begin processing and shipment.
*Edits are limited to: shipping/billing address, change in item quantity, change to a different product of same or below value.
We accept payment via Credit card, Debit card, MasterCard or VISA, so you can select the most suitable one for you. Our website is 100% secured and your card information are always encrypted and never stored on our side.
All our prices are tax-exclusive, and taxes are calculated during checkout according to your shipping address. Please note that some countries might charged you additional import taxes for packages received from abroad (kindly refer to your country specific rules regarding import).
Please be advised that our shop is in U.S dollar and you are billed the converted amount in your local currency. While the content of your cart could be displayed in your home currency for your convenience, the checkout will use USD at the most current exchange rate. The amount should depend on your credit card currency and foreign transaction fees.
Shipping & Delivery
You will receive an email as soon as your order will be dispatched! In this email you will find a link to track your order.
If you’ve lost this email, click on “Track Order” at the top of this page or in the top left menu if you’re using your mobile.
To track your order simply put your email and order number into our tracking app.
After placing your order, it will be processed by our fulfillment team. This process takes 1-3 days to complete (1-2 additional days on weekends).

* Please note that shipping in Holiday season would take 5 – 7 business days more than usual. Since an order needs up to 3 weeks to be delivered, please don’t reach out to us if that period has not passed.
First, don’t panic as some carrier shows the delivered status 1 or 2 days before actually delivering your order.
If after waiting 1 or 2 days, you still haven’t received your order, check in the first place if your shipping address is correct (you’ll find it on your confirmation email).
We also suggest to check on your area/neighbors if someone received it on your behalf and check within your place if it was placed somewhere else.
